As you may know zkSync Lite and Era were deprecated within the Argent wallet so you can no longer trade within these networks.
You can find more details on the zkSync deprecation here:

In order to trade the tokens you currently have in the zkSync network, you will need to either move the assets out to another wallet on zkSync (for example Metamask) or to the Layer 1 to trade them. We have guides on how to do so here:
From Era:

For the collaterized assets (investments) if there is no liquidity for the assets you are trying to trade on zkSync Lite, you will need to send them to an Ethereum wallet.
You can do so within Transfer menu of your wallet - make sure you are sending from zkSync Lite to Ethereum.
Please note you will need to have tokens that can be used for gas fees in your wallet (you can find a list of them here: https://zkscan.io/explorer/tokens) - see the ones marked as Available in the last column.
Also please note that sending assets from L2 to L1 might take several hours.
