zkSync Lite is being phased out, and the protocols that used to support it are moving their infrastructure towards zkSync Era. If you use a zkSync Lite account, we recommend moving your assets to a Starknet account. This article will show you how.
Important: We are phasing out zkSync Era. Do not send assets to your zkSync Era account on Argent.
To move your assets from zkSync Lite to Starknet, you will need ETH. If you have other tokens on zkSync Lite (such as stETH or DAI), you can swap them for ETH with our in-app swap. This is quicker and easier than bridging multiple tokens from zkSync Lite to Starknet.
Here is how to move your assets on Argent from zkSync Lite to Starknet on mobile:
1. Open Argent, tap the zkSync Lite icon in the top-left, then select your Starknet account.
* If you don't see a Starknet account in your wallet, please update your Argent app to the latest version.
2. Select Add funds, then choose View your wallet address. Tap on the address and Copy it.
3. Go to https://www.layerswap.io/app, select From as zkSync Lite and To as Starknet.
4. Paste your Starknet address as a destination address.
5. Enter the amount of ETH or USDC you want to send, and press Swap now.
6. Select Manually tab and click OK.
7. Open Argent, and select your zkSync Lite account.
8. On your zkSync Lite account, tap Transfer > Send and paste the Layerswap-generated address in the tab. Then select the address.
9. Choose zkSync Lite (1.0) as the destinastion network, choose the asset you want to send, enter the amount > Review > Send now.
10. Wait for the transaction to complete (it might take a few hours), then open Argent on your Starknet account to access your assets.
Congratulations! You have successfully bridged your zkSync Lite assets to Starknet. Now you can experience the best of Argent, and explore a new and exciting ecosystem. Plus, on top of that, you’ll still have low fees, bulletproof security, and one-tap access to DeFi.
