If your wallet is not showing your balance or other data correctly, it is likely a syncing issue affecting only the app interface, not the actual state of your assets on the blockchain.
Your assets remain safe and unaffected.
Please do not uninstall and recover your wallet before trying these steps.
Scenarios where data may not be syncing correctly

A transaction shows as In progress for too long

A transaction is completed, but new assets are not appearing

A token appears as Unnamed

Token prices or other details are missing
How to verify your assets are safe
You can verify the real state of your wallet directly on the blockchain.
Step 1: Verify your wallet's balance
Use a blockchain explorer based on your account type:

etherscan.io for your Argent Vault (Ethereum account)

zkscan.io for your zkSync Lite wallet

starkscan.co for your Starknet wallet
You only need your Argent wallet address.
You can find it in the app by going to Assets > Add funds/Fund > View your wallet address.
Step 2: Sync your wallet with the blockchain
In the Argent mobile app:

Go to Settings > App settings

Tap Refresh data

Leave the wallet open for 10–15 minutes to allow full synchronization
In Argent X:

Make sure you have your seed phrase backed up

Go to Settings > Developer settings > Clear local storage
