If you have recovered a wallet and one or more of the accounts are missing, please make sure you are using the correct seed phrase. If you have multiple seeds saved in one place it is possible that you are using the wrong one.
You can only recover Argent X wallet in Argent X extension, if you are trying to recover with a seed from another wallet, you will see a new address.
If all of the above is checked, please check the following workarounds:
Workaround 1
Recover the wallet in a different browser, latest version of the extension available.
Workaround 2
Make sure you are recovering using a stable internet connection, turn off Firewall temporarily and retry the recovery in the latest version of the extension. If your internet access has restrictions, try a different network.
Workaround 3
Try adding a new account from within the accounts screen, see if the old wallet address appears.
Workaround 4
1. Download this archive - it is a special edition of Argent X extension for the old wallets that were somehow altered to the point they are not showing in the account upon recovery.
2. Unpack zip on your PC into some folder.
3. Load the old version using these steps:
(if you see manifest error, go up one level, you have gone one folder too deep)
4. Restore your wallet with the old version and your seed phrase - please make sure you have stable internet connection.
5. Confirm it succeeded (you can see the missing account in the newly installed extension).
6. Send the assets out of this account to an account created in a new wallet entirely (with new seed on a newest version).
