You cannot change your Argent username.
If you want a different setup, you would need to create a new wallet without a username.
This will permanently disconnect you from your current wallet and any linked Ethereum account (the new one will not have Ethereum account).
If you want to go ahead:

Move your assets out of your current wallet first
