You can send a transaction to any Ethereum address from Argent. If the transaction was successful, it will show in the Activity tab without a "Failed" label.
If the transaction shows as successful but the recipient cannot see the assets, here are some possible reasons:

The receiving wallet or exchange may not automatically display incoming assets from smart contract wallets like Argent

These are often called internal transactions, and may not be visible in some wallet UIs by default
In such cases, we recommend the recipient contacts their wallet or exchange support to verify the funds and ensure internal transactions are displayed correctly.
To avoid issues when sending to a new exchange, we suggest making a small test transaction first. If it arrives correctly, you can proceed with the full amount.
IMPORTANT: This issue only applies to Ethereum. On Starknet, all wallets are smart contracts by default, so this specific issue does not occur. If the recipient still cannot see the transaction, this guide may help
Check the transaction on Etherscan
You can also verify the transaction status yourself using Etherscan:

Go to the Activity tab in Argent

Tap the transaction

Tap and hold the Txn field (starts with
0x
) -
Choose View transaction on Etherscan

In Overview, check that Status shows "Success"
