Your wallet and assets are safe as long as your email, phone number, and guardians are up to date.
You will need to recover your wallet on the new phone.
If you have access to your wallet on the old phone:
- Enable Google Drive/iCloud recovery on your old phone.
- Download Argent on iOS or Android on the new one.
- Open the app and tap Get started
- Use the same email address linked to your wallet to begin recovery
- Proceed with the recovery following this guide.
If you don't have access to your wallet on the old phone:
- Tap Proceed without recovery.
- You will be able to recover each account individually onchain.
- Tap on each account you want to recover and follow the onscreen instructions.
Important for iOS users
If you used iCloud restore, your wallet will not work if recovered from the iCloud backup alone.
Please follow the recovery steps above instead.
