Step One: Lock your wallet
As a first step, it's best to lock your wallet with a Guardian.
If you activated Argent Guard, and have access to your email address, you can do this by going to security.argent.xyz/argent-guard. If you find your phone again, you can unlock your wallet and carry on as normal.
But if you still don't have access to your phone:
Step Two: Recover your wallet on a new phone
While your wallet is locked, you can recover it on a new phone.
To start a recovery download the Argent app on your new phone. Tap "Recover Wallet" and follow the instructions.
If you have multiple Guardians, they need to approve your recovery. As you'll see in the instructions in the app, your Guardians will need to confirm they see the same emojis on their screen as you do.
We strongly suggest that you do this in person or over the phone. Do not use a messaging app like Whatsapp, because you may not know if you are talking to the correct person.
If the emojis don't match, your Guardians should NOT approve the recovery. It could be that someone else is trying to recover your wallet.
